De um lado, um evento que percorre mensalmente o país com palestras sobre inovação e tecnologia no mercado imobiliário. Do outro, uma startup que oferece bolsas para mestrados e doutorados internacionais. O congresso MB Summit Brazil e a plataforma Minha Bolsa Online acabaram de firmar uma parceria para que corretores de imóveis possam conseguir bolsas de até 100% em pós-graduações internacionais no campo da inovação imobiliária

Um evento idealizado por corretores para corretores. Esse é o MB Summit Brazil, congresso imobiliário que percorre mensalmente estados do país com palestras sobre temas inovadores e tecnológicos voltados para o aperfeiçoamento de corretores de imóveis. Os responsáveis pelo evento acabaram de firmar uma parceria com a startup Minha Bolsa Online, uma plataforma de busca de bolsas de mestrado e doutorado internacionais. Com essa nova parceria, a startup vai disponibilizar bolsas de até 100% na área de Gestão de Negócios Imobiliários para graduações, mestrados, doutorados e até pós-doutorados em instituições internacionais.

Por meio do sistema de EAD (Ensino a Distância) da Minha Bolsa Online, os interessados em se aprofundar no campo imobiliário podem aproveitar disciplinas de suas especializações e MBAs para conseguir um diploma de mestrado internacional, ou suas disciplinas de mestrado para um diploma de doutorado internacional. E, devido à parceria com a MB Summit Brazil, profissionais da área imobiliária podem inclusive aproveitar o conteúdo de suas graduações nacionais para fazer graduações internacionais sem precisar pagar mensalidades.

Com a crise de desemprego pela qual passa o Brasil nos últimos cinco anos, houve um grande aumento no número de corretores de imóveis, já que profissionais sem emprego em outras áreas enxergaram no setor imobiliário uma nova oportunidade. Segunda estimativa feita pela Fenaci (Federação Nacional de Corretores de Imóveis), o número de profissionais no ramo imobiliário cresceu 23,3% entre 2013 e 2017 – indo de 284 mil para 350 mil pessoas. Números que podem ser ainda maiores em 2019.

Com o aumento de profissionais no ramo, a concorrência aumenta e, consequentemente, aumenta também a necessidade de os corretores se especializarem ainda mais na área. O número de cursos de técnico em transações imobiliárias cresceu, e o próprio MB Summit Brazil pode ser visto como um reflexo a esse cenário. Por isso, uma graduação ou especialização internacional pode significar um destaque em meio a esse crescimento do mercado profissional imobiliário no Brasil.

Toda a ideia da Minha Bolsa Online, diz Antônio Cardim, CVO e cofundador da startup, nasceu da vontade de reimaginar a educação. “Queremos que qualquer pessoa, em qualquer lugar, não importando seu status social e muito menos a renda, possa ter acesso à educação”, diz.

Cardim é um dos palestrantes do MB Summit Brazil. Doutor em comunicação e com mais de 22 anos de experiência em educação e vendas, ele é responsável pela palestra “Free: o futuro é grátis!”. Além dele, mais de 20 palestrantes participam de cada uma das edições do MB Summit Brazil, como Matheus Brilhante (MB Imóveis Online), Schaelly Campos (especialista em Home Staging), Vitor Capun (Beemob), Giuliano Milano (VGV Partner), entre outros. O evento já passou por Balneário Camboriú e Florianópolis, e tem edições confirmadas em Curitiba, Goiânia, Uberlândia e Porto Alegre.
